Research has proven that maximising muscle glycogen is critical for optimum performance before training or an event. Repletion of glycogen levels after an event is crucial for recovery, well-being and to ensure that your glycogen levels are optimised for your next training day or event. Glucose has been added to SuperEndur-EMX to assist in transporting glycogen levels to muscle tissue at a much faster rate, and also contains a proprietary matrix of high specification proteins to aid in muscle repair.
SuperEndur-EMX contains two key amino acids L- Glutamine and Taurine which provides numerous benefits for all athletes including synthesising replacement muscle tissue, maintaining optimum health by enhancing the immune system, preventing muscle breakdown by as much as 20% and speeding up recovery rates.
Dosage:
Training Day.
*Before: Take 6 scoops (100g) of SuperEndur-EMX in 300mls of water approximately 3 hrs before training. If training is very early in the morning take the serving just before bedtime.
*After: Take 12 scoops (200g) of SuperEndur-EMX in 600mls of water within 10 minutes of finishing exercise.
Eat 5 to 6 small meals containing carbohydrate, protein and essential fatty acids (essential oils) over the next 24 hours.
Race/Competition Day.
*Before: Take 8 scoops (140gms) of SuperEndur-EMX in 450mls of water approximately 3 hrs before the event. If the event is very early in the morning take the serving just before bedtime.
*After: Drink one large glass of water. Take 20 scoops (320gms) of SuperEndur- EMX in 1 litre of water within 10 - 15 minutes of finishing the event.
Eat 5 to 6 small meals containing carbohydrate, protein and essential fatty acids (essential oils) over the next 24 hours.
**The above quantities can be reduced for economy but for best results follow the above instructions. For those people with a sensitive digestive tract it is recommended that they start on a lower level, we suggest 20grams, then work upwards towards the above directions.
