For correct use in a weight reduction program, simply halve the serving size, mix with water and use in replacement to a normal meal.

Very popular protein powder from Musashi thats mixes well with both milk and water. Punch stocks P40 in all sizes right up to 4KG.

This is an all round protein powder and meal replacement formula. If you are dieting and wish to replace meals with a sensible balance of proteins, carbs and fats - then this is the perfect product. And the good news is - this is the sort of meal replacement product you can use permanently because it sensibly contains a small amount of carbs and fats.

Please! Don't be fooled by the 3.2 grams of fat and think thats bad. Musashi actually add MCT's (Medium Chain Triglycerides) into this formula, which provide your essential fats. Believe it or not, some research suggests that supplementation with MCT's actually reduces your overall body fat. This product contains very little or no saturated fat.

There isnt much point taking a zero fat, zero carb protein drink as a meal replacement - because you'll just feel hungry half an hour later! Thats why I recommend this product for those wanting to replace meals and lose weight.

Of course, because its high protein (67%) its also ideal to use before or after you hit the gym too.
