Outside of the Myoplex Protein Bars from EAS this is one of the highest protein bars that we sell.

Cleverly boosted with healthy Omega fats, it explains the seemingly high 10.9 grams of fat per service. But remember, only 6.7 of these grams are saturated fat!

Unlike cheaper protein bars, its actually made from four different types of Protein! This is sensible, as the types of protein used determine the rate of absorption and digestion meaning a blend of both immediately available protein, and longer lasting proteins like casseinate to prolong the recovery.

The side of the bar suggests 1-2 daily, I would suggest keeping these in the glovebox for after the gym when you dont have the time or inclination to blend a shake.
