BCAA Muscle Recovery Formula

A powdered free form amino blend containing the 3 Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs). Branched Chain Amino Acids are commonly used in combination to assist muscle recovery following exercise. One of these important Amino Acids is L-Leucine which has been shown to decrease protein degradation and increase the production of protein in muscle known as synthesis. L-Isoleucine and L-Valine help decrease the feeling of tiredness during prolonged exercise.

How to Use:

Take 2 level tsps, mix with 100ml of water in small Musashi Shaker and consume immediately after strenuous exercise
