Musashi HMB is a derivative of the amino acid L-Leucine, and HMB is considered an anti-catabolic agent, which means its helps prevent the breakdown of muscle tissue.
Its particularly useful duing periods of intense muscle activity such as strength and resistance training, bodybuilding and weight lifting.
DOSAGE RANGE
To help reduce muscle tissue breakdown, take three
caps immediately after training. An additional
2 capsules may also be taken before bed.
