Essential Amino Acid Blend

A powdered free form Amino complex blend containing the 8 Essential Amino Acids with L-Arginine. Essential Amino Acids (EAAs) are the Amino Acids that must be supplied from a dietary source as the body does not manufacture these like it does non essential Amino Acids. Restricted or inadequate diets can affect the dietary intake of these EAAs therefore often supplementation is used as a means of supplying these nutrients. How to Use:

Mix 1.5 tsps of powder with 100ml of water in a small Musashi shaker and consume either prior to or immediately after exercise.
