These really do work, but remember to take them as indicated on the bottle, and to take the lot! Dont just take them for a few days. They dont work that quickly! They are designed to be used with regular exercise and diet, but they will result in more weight loss than diet and exercise alone.

Looking at the ingredients in this formula whats particularly noteworthy is the high concentration of Green Tea Extract. This is a very good thing, as out of all the ingredients Green Tea Extract is probably one of the most proven weight loss compounds. Green Tea does contain moderate levels of caffeine, but whats interesting about Green Tea is that it contains catchetins which enhance thermogenisis (your body's resting energy consumption rate).

Supplementation with Green Tea increases your thermogenic rate without relying on the caffeine route ... Caffeine helps as well of course, and is boosted by inclusion of Guarana.

Tyrosine (an amino acid) is an interesting addition here and is probably added to improve mood.

This is sensible formulation from Horleys and one I definitely recommend. For super fast results in a few weeks, use it with Horleys Ripped Factor (as a meal replacement at night time) and maintain a low carb diet.
