Directions for Use:
For a delicious nourishing shake place one metric cup (250ml) of trim milk into a glass, shaker, or blender. Add 2 compact level scoops (27gm) of Naturally Slim powder and blend or shake vigorously. One serving of Naturally Slim may replace one meal per day, or replace between meal snacks and after dinner desserts.

To enhance flavour and nutrition, Naturally Slim may be blended with low fat milk, goatsmilk, or soymilk, low fat yoghurt, fruit juice, or soft fruit such as bananas, kiwifruit, or berries. It may also be added to breakfast cereals to boost nutrient levels and balance blood sugar levels.

For higher nutrient levels and sustained energy, 1 teaspoon of Healtheries Spirulina Smoothie Powder may be added.

To improve regularity, a dessertspoonful of Healtheries Ground Flaxseed, Bran Flakes, or LSA may be blended in.
