DOSE PLAN
Please check your body mass index on the calculator chart provided and choose the best option for you.
Option 1 (8 weeks)
If you fit into the “Morbidly obese” (red) or “Upper Obese” (yellow) category and would like to move towards your “ideal weight” (white) category then this option is for you.
To be realistic with your target, aim initially for between 10 and 15kg in weight loss. You will need to follow the diet and exercise recommendations to the very best of your ability in order to reach your goal. You may need to repeat the Option 2 (16 week programme) depending on how you respond.
Dose plan
2 capsules four times daily.
1. With lunch take 1 each of Thermaid and Cleansa
2. ½ hr after lunch take 1 each of Satisfed and Wholefood
3. With dinner take 1 each of Thermaid and Cleansa
4. ½ hr after Dinner take 1 each of Satisfed and Wholefood
Option 2 (16 weeks)
If you fit into the “Lower Obese” (yellow) or “Overweight” (blue) category and would like to move into your “ideal weight” (white) category then this option is for you. To be realistic with your target, aim for between 7.5 and 10kg in weight loss. You will need to follow the diet and exercise recommendations to the very best of your ability to reach your goal.
