When you order from Punch Supplements, you'll receive a comprehensive order summary and unique order number. Once the order is shipped, we'll keep you informed with another email confirming that the shipment is on it's way.
A signature will normally be required to receive the goods, otherwise the parcel will be available for pickup at your local Fastway Couriers. It is recommended therefore, that you have your order sent to your place of work during the day if possible. This will also generally ensure faster delivery, normally by about one day.

Punch Supplements is the first online supplements retailer in New Zealand to facilitate SAME DAY DELIVERY on orders placed before 9.30AM that working day to most business addresses in Greater Auckland. Having said that, 'most' residentail addressess also normally get delivered that day, but that depends on how onto it the courier driver is that day!
Please note that is a guideline only, and in some cases your parcel may not arrive the same day always. However, this will be due to the courier company failing to deliver due to excessive work, sick driver etc and is unfortunately beyond out control.

Rather than provide complex shipping rates and charts for various regions in New Zealand, we make it simple by offering FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS NEW ZEALAND WIDE. We welcome orders for one small item, or for ten - all are shipped freight free.
There is no mininum order value or items. Considering the cost of petrol this alone makes our deals cheaper than retail, and saves you time and money. Shopping online with Punch is the most convenient and cost effective way to support your training goals.
MULTIPLE PAYMENT METHODS
Most of our customers prefer to pay with Visa or Mastercard via our secure DPS (Westpac) payment gateway. However, you can also pay with a direct deposit into our bank account either at any KIWI BANK (Post Office) or by making a transfer via internet banking. Sorry we don't accept cheques or money orders however.
Just choose the payment method you prefer, when placing your order. All relevant instructions and details will be sent automatically by email. That way our stock system reserved the stock for you.

PAY ON PICKUP AT OUR WAREHOUSE
Want your stuff right now? Place your order online and choose 'Pay on Pickup' as the payment method. Providing you choose products that are in stock (you can see view stock levels when you place your order) the order will be ready for pickup immediately from our Kelston, Auckland dispatch warehouse.
Visit our warehouse during opening hours (see the bottom of this page) and pay using credit card, EFTPOS, cash etc. Sorry we do not accept cheques at our warehouse, and we do not keep change at our warehouse. As we are a discounter, we dont allow customers access into the warehouse to keep our costs down, however you can request to see any products at our front counter.
If you wish to discuss which products are suitable with our resident expert please check with us by phone first to ensure Jasmin is available. Jasmin is a qualified naturopath and available most days in the shop if you require more detailed information and consultation. At other times Paul is normally available who is very knowledgeable about bodybuilding and sports supplemetns in general and can answer any questions you may have.
RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
Should you need to make a claim for lost or damaged goods in transit, this must be done in writing (email or fax) within 24 hours or receipts of goods. Please see our contact page for contact details. We will either replace the goods in question, or refund your account in full. There would be no extra charges for post under these circumstances.
Refunds or exchanges of unopened product not relating to lost or damaged goods in transit are at the discretion of Punch Supplements management, and may include refunds, credits or exchanges depending on the circumstances. This policy is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
Please do not return goods to Punch Supplements without first receiving a Returns Authorisation Number to associate with the order. Returns clearly marked RA# with the returns number should then be sent by courier or registered post to PUNCH SUPPLEMENTS, UNIT 6, 2-4 WESTECH PLACE, KELSTON, AUCKLAND, ATTN: RETURNS.
EXPIRED GOODS POLICY
Expiry dates for products vary greatly in the supplements business. Some products have a shelf life of 4-5 years, whereas protein bars may only be a few months. Punch Supplements will endeavour to never ship items that are expired or within 30 days of their expiry date. Should you be unhappy with this policy as it relates to items received in your order, please contact us and we will try and rectify the situation as best possible.
