Hi there, I definitely wouldnt recommend taking pills containing BZP on a daily basis, and particularly not full strength BZP pills like charge!... You could try something like Biotest Spike which is much, much healthier and more sustainable longer term. However, you should not be taking stimulants every day in any case!
