| Q. I've always had an issue with my weight and body, although i'm not overweight. I've been taking half a charge pill twice a day for ages because it supresses my appetite. What would you recommend as a healthier option? |

A. Hi there, I definitely wouldnt recommend taking pills containing BZP on a daily basis, and particularly not full strength BZP pills like charge!... You could try something like Biotest Spike which is much, much healthier and more sustainable longer term. However, you should not be taking stimulants every day in any case!
If you believe you are addicted to these charge pills I would recommend consulting with your doctor. |

| Q. How do I determine whether Fat Stripper or Nobese is better for me? Frankly, I want the most effective. I have quite a bit of weight to shift, but am now working out regularly (4x per week) with a trainer. I'm seeing results in that I'm fitter and more toned. But I'm having trouble kickstarting actual weight loss? |

| A. Hi there, Fat Stripper works as a fat metaboliser and its likely you wont 'feel' its action, but of course its working behind the scenes to mobilse your fats into the blood stream. Nobese is a combinations of thermogenics, various other proven herbal fat reducing compounds (such as green tea) and a fat metaboliser. Nobese is probably a more effective product, however results will differ between people depending on their metabolisms. |

| A. Basicall yes, that is what a thermogenic does through a number of pathways, the most obvious being the caffeine/guarana which stimulates your metabolism by raising your heart beat and stimulatin your central nervous system. |

| Q. I've just started Nobese today, I'm just a little worried that when I finish my course of them that I will put the weight/fat straight back on again. If I follow a healthy diet, exercise plan, will I be able to maintain nobese's results? |

| A. Hi there, absolulety! Remember that Nobes will supplement your efforts to lose weight via a correct diet and exercise regime. It will help you lose the last few kilograms that are hard with exercise/diet alone, but you should not put them back on! |

| Q. Hi, I already have a reasonably good metabolism but am struggling to maintain my ideal body weight, mainly due to bad food choices as I run which can make me quite hungry. Would Fat stripper or Nobese be better for me? |

A. Hi there,
Nobese contains nutrients that increase metabolism, support thyroid function, support motivation and energy neurotrasmitter synthesis, fat mobilisation .
Fat Stripper contains nutrients that support liver function, blood sugar regulation and that help to reduce sugar cravings, as well as a fat mobiliser.
If sugar cravinga are your weak point, perhaps Fat Stripper would be more beneficial to you?
You could also safely take both products together and double your chances!! |

| Q. Hi there....is Nobese safe to take if trying to get pregnant? ie, is it made up of natural products? |

A. I wouldn't recommend taking anything that directly stimulates fat burning if you are concurrently trying to conceive. This is not so much to do with the ingredients, some natural things are not suitable for pregnant women either!!
The reason being that we store toxins in our fat cells. As we breakdown fat for fuel, these toxins are released into our bloodstream. You do not really want to be releasing toxins at a high rate if you are trying to/or do get pregnant as they may cross the placenta and have effect on your developing baby. You may also be fine, but you may not want to take the chance!!
I would suggest deciding what you would like to focus on most first -
If it is on fat burning first, reach you goal weight, then give yourself 4 months to build up nutrients in the body and be preparing for trying to conceive, then try for a baby.
OR if it is on making babies, use the nest 4 months to focus on building up nutrients and preparing your body for pregnancy, then try conceving a baby, and wait until after you have finished breast feeding to then work towards your weight goal.

| Q. Hi there, I was on the depo contraception injection for about 4 years, in that time I put on alot of weight, (around about 18kg!) and I have had trouble losing it. Would you recommend Nobese? |

A. Yes this would be a fantastic product as it will support the thyroid - this tends to get knocked around a little by contraceptive drugs!!

| Q. Hi there , I have gained 19kg being on antidepressants for the past year and although I am very fit my body composition has changed. I have just come off medication and am ready to get back into shape. Do you recommend this product for me? I am a musician and have several gigs in september so want to lose a good portion if I can before then. I am 22 years old. Thanks :)? |

| A. You could look at a protein powder with added thermogenics such as Horleys Ripped Factors, or Balance Ultra Ripped. You could also check out some L-Carnitine which mobilisers fat to be burnt for fuel, some CLA which assists with fat burning and gives you some essential fatty acids to feed your brain, and some Hoodia which reduces appetite by workingon the hypothalamus, all of which are stimulant free!! |

Hi, Like the person above I have also just come off anti depressants and am changing my lifestyle for the better,though better eating and exercising but I want something to kick me a wee bit more into gear, I've bought the shake powder and find it horrible but get it down every so often... Nobese sounds great, but was wondering would it be good for me? I'm a 25 year old female and really want to kick my butt in to gear! Thanks!? |

A. Great work on the lifestyle changes! Protein powder is really important post workout as it replenishes glycogen stores and assists muscle repair, recovery and growth and lean muscle mass is our best fat burning friend!!
On top of this you could look at something like nobese, it contains great synergistic ingredients that assist metabolism and fat loss. If you are sensitive to stimulants such as caffeine however, this might not be the best choice - check out Hoodia and CLA instead. |
