| Q. Have just bought LA Fat stripper. How much exercise should I do, I need to lose 2 stones and am not a bodybuilder, just a housewife. Any tips to speed up my weight loss and fat from stubborn areas please. What should my diet be like to help me lose the extra fat. Thanks? |

A. Hi there, this is a great product to use with a weight loss program as it should not only stimulate your metabolism but it may reduce your appetite too.
In terms of exercise, 20-60 minutes exercise per day preferably in the morning would be ideal. Some strength training at the gym will also help alot, and may help to break up the boredom of aerobic work every day. I would recommend 2 anaerobic sessions at the gym, under the guidance of a personal traininer who can set a sensible program. Building some more muscle will help you burn the fat.
Consider this over a reaslistic period of say 8-12 weeks and aim to lose about 1-2kg's per week.
Reduce your carbs over this period too, particularly at night time and drink lots of water.
Dont miss any doses of the Fat Stripper and keep taking it until finished. You might like to try HotRox after this too, as it works differently.
Good luck! |

| Q. Is this supplement suitable for caffeine sentitive people? |
(Posted: 18th March, 2008) |
A. Generally all the fat burners contain guarana and or caffeine, both of which 'are' caffeine. So yes you have to be careful. You can however reduce the does recommended, and if you are caffeine sensitive you will still get good results from it. Also, after 3-4 days you will start to build tolerance to caffeine.
You might want to try a fat metaboliser like Musashi Fat Metaboliser with Carnitine, or even Trimspa X32 as an alternative. |

| Q. Hi...just wondering if LA Fat Stripper is dangerous to take if trying to have a baby? Is it a combination of natural products, or does it contain chemicals as well? |
(Posted: 18th July, 2008) |
A. I wouldn't recommend taking anything that directly stimulates fat burning if you are concurrently trying to conceive. This is not so much to do with the ingredients, some natural things are not suitable for pregnant women either!!
The reason being that we store toxins in our fat cells. As we breakdown fat for fuel, these toxins are released into our bloodstream. You do not really want to be releasing toxins at a high rate if you are trying to/or do get pregnant as they may cross the placenta and have effect on your developing baby. You may also be fine, but you may not want to take the chance!!
I would suggest deciding what you would like to focus on most first -
If it is on fat burning first, reach you goal weight, then give yourself 4 months to build up nutrients in the body and be preparing for trying to conceive, then try for a baby.
OR if it is on making babies, use the nest 4 months to focus on building up nutrients and preparing your body for pregnancy, then try conceving a baby, and wait until after you have finished breast feeding to then work towards your weight goal.
Good luck!! |

| Q. Safe for diabetics? |
(Posted: 11th June, 2009) |
| A. It contains the mineral chromium which helps to regulate blood sugar levels and increase insulin sensitivity which is fantastic for type II diabetics, and may be useful for type I. However if you are type I, or insulin dependant type II, please check with your doctor first! |
