| Q. Can Tribulus be taken by women? |
(Posted: 14th Dec, 2006) |
A. (from Musashi website)
Women provide a much more complex sex hormonal picture than men with three hormones contributing to the overall makeup of the hormonal balance. Women produce oestrogens, progesterone and testosterone.
The ovaries produce the bulk of the oestrogens during the years leading up to the menopause and substantially less post-menopause.
Progesterone is produced once ovulation has taken place during the menstrual years. Progesterone ceases to be produced when ovulation stops at the menopause.
Testosterone in women is predominately produced by the ovaries. It is produced on a continual basis and levels rise slightly around the time of ovulation. With a decline in ovarian function testosterone production similarly will decline.
Tribulus works via a feedback mechanism and has a considerable effect on the serum levels of the luteinizing hormone (LH) and the follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH). It appears from reports that Tribulus affects all the three hormones in women. It can improve both menopausal and PMS symptoms.
Those women who were involved in a regular exercise program reported significant increases in strength, endurance, and conversion of body fat to lean muscle mass. We advise practitioner supervision if you are a female looking to use Tribulus for menstrual or menopausal reasons. |

| Q. What is ISA-Test and how does it work? |
(Posted: 11th Jan, 2007) |
A. ISA-TEST is a precise combination of natural botanical ingredients designed to promote explosive gains in strength, rapid increases in testosterone, improved sexual performance, and (in combination with training and a healthy diet) dramatic improvements in body composition.
ains in strength result from the formula's unique blend of Ajuga turkestanica and Rhaponticum carthamoides; increases in testosterone and sexual performance are a result of its proprietary blend of Tribulis terrestris, Eurycoma longifolia, and Epimedium; and changes in body composition (via modulation of estrogen levels) are a result of a novel estrogen-inhibitor, P-450™. |

| Q. How much testosterone increase do you need to boost muscle growth? |
(Posted: 11th Jan, 2007) |
A. Given the vast number of factors involved in muscle growth (e.g., training status/stimulus, genetics, diet, etc.), this question is a bit too broad in scope to answer definitively.
However, one possibility is that a situation similar to nutrient timing (for carbs and protein) exists with testosterone. In other words, by elevating testosterone during certain key periods, muscle growth, strength, etc., can be accelerated. This idea underpins my "dosing strategy" of ISA-TEST. |

| Q. Do I need to load or cycle ISA-Test? |
(Posted: 11th Jan, 2007) |
| A. Loading is not necessary. Relative to cycling, as I recommend with all supplements, I suggest users of ISA-TEST follow an eight- to 12-week "on" period followed by a two- to four-week "off" period. |

| Q. Are there other supplements I should take to enhance the benefits of ISA-TEST? |
(Posted: 11th Jan, 2007) |
A. Although ISA-TEST has been designed as a stand-alone supplement, there are three other supplements you can take to magnify its health benefits.
First and foremost is a high-quality multivitamin with added antioxidants. Second, protein—about 20 or 30 grams before and after training. And third, creatine—ideally taken within minutes after each training session. |

| Q. What does the research say about the ingredients in ISA-TEST? |
(Posted: 11th Jan, 2007) |
| A. Each of the individual ingredients in ISA-TEST are safe and effective when used properly, and this is supported by several open-label clinical studies. For instance, experienced weight lifters who used the same amount of Ajuga turkestanica and Rhaponticum carthamoides found in ISA-TEST increased their strength by up to 40% (depending on the exercise) after six to eight weeks of use. In addition, test subjects who used the tribulus extract contained in ISA-TEST increased their total testosterone by nearly 50%—after only one dose. Continual use of this particular extract increased free testosterone by an additional 60%. In all of these studies, absolutely no side effects were noted on standard clinical markers of safety (i.e., blood pressure, cholesterol levels, or kidney and liver function, etc.). |

| Q. Why is it so important for men to suppress estrogen? |
(Posted: 11th Jan, 2007) |
A. While estrogen does have important functional roles in men (such as maintaining bone and cardiovascular health), in excess, estrogen can promote water retention, increase bodyfat, and cause gynecomastia; that is, the female-like increase in breast tissue.
This is particularly true in men who are already overweight and/or have elevated blood sugar levels. Some research even indicates increasing levels of environmentally produced, synthetic estrogens (called xenoestrogens) have the potential to disrupt the delicate endocrine system in men, potentially reducing sperm counts and increasing risk of testicular cancer. The goal with ISA-TEST is to keep estrogen at levels which optimize health and body composition. |

| Q. Who shouldn't use the product? |
(Posted: 11th Jan, 2007) |
| A. Females, males under the age of 18, and anyone with certain health conditions (e.g., high blood pressure, diabetes, prostate enlargement, etc.) should consult with their primary physician before use. Read the label carefully prior to use. |

| Q. Would you prefer this same time with Leukic and Gakic Musclebuilding Stack? |
(Posted: 22nd August, 2007) |
A. WOW thats alot of testosterone boosting! No I would not recommend taking this with Leukic, as Leukic does raise testosterone levels. I would take Gakic and Leukic together for sure, but NOT Gakic/Leukic AND ISA Test!
You can take Gakic with anything else practically, but you have to be careful mixing your test boosters. |
