| Q. I've always had an issue with my weight and body, although i'm not overweight. I've been taking half a charge pill twice a day for ages because it supresses my appetite. What would you recommend as a healthier option? |

A. Hi there, I definitely wouldnt recommend taking pills containing BZP on a daily basis, and particularly not full strength BZP pills like charge!... You could try something like Biotest Spike which is much, much healthier and more sustainable longer term. However, you should not be taking stimulants every day in any case!
If you believe you are addicted to these charge pills I would recommend consulting with your doctor. |

| A. Hi there, I would ask your doctor they next time you see him/her as I honestly suspect it may not be safe due to its stimulant properties, in the same way that high levels of caffeine is probably not recommended. |

| Q. Would it be okay to open the pills and pour 2 into water. the pills are way to big for me to swallow. i feel that there like horse tablets? |

| A. You can get pill cutters from the $2 shop I think which might help. You could mix them in water, but I can tell you they will taste amazingly YUCK! |
